Our customer list is growing all the time, so each time we send out a survey we get more responses, and a broader range of opinions.

Here are the results of our latest survey, where we asked customers about our Customer Service, the Aqua-dapter, our hoses, and FlipFast.

Customer Service: 71% Excellent, almost 99% positive.

Product Rating (Aqua-dapter Mk3): 69% Excellent, over 98% positive

Product Rating (Deep Red Pole Hose): 46% Excellent, over 97% positive

Product Rating (FlipFast): 64% Excellent, 97% positive

Every other question responded to also had over 90% positive ratings.

This is by far the best piece of kit on the market! The price now is spot on as far as I’m concerned. Thought it was a bit expensive at first so didn’t consider it seriously at first. Bought a mark II to begin with but now can’t recommend it enough. … I already have 2 which I use every day. When I get a third pole working daily though I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another!! The aqua-dapter saves me 1/4 of my water daily ( approx 125litres!) & in turn saves fill time, water, resin & more importantly £££££s!! Thank you & keep up the good work!! Cheers Benjamin

Quality product that is a must for wfp users – K.H.

For us the Aqua-dapter is an essential piece of our equipment to make cleaning windows easier. Being able to stop/start water flow instantly has been much more benefical than we thought it would have been. It is only when you use a pole without an Aqua-dapter on do you realise how much you use and rely on it through out the day.- S.G.

I think that any window cleaner that uses a water pole system should use the Aqua Dapter because of the benefits it will give him. Ease of use(no loop in hose) reduced water useage, better water control, very good customer service from Aqua Dapter. …I was using a more traditional trigger and found the aqua daptor amazing! I have extra hose to enable me to leave my portable trolly in one place, it’s easy to clean the windows as I am not having to hold down the trigger plus it’s easy to clean the harder or more awkward windows as you can move your hands about. … Overall great product, would highly recommend! – J.B.
