We have added some new items to our range, here are a few of them:

aquadapter is what you need, honestly i think in 2 years 90% of us will have one
via Just got my slx25 today….how do you big pole guys manage?!.
A few weeks after sending us initial feedback on the hose:
This hose is the best yet – as far as we are concerned no other pole hose comes close – it’s a dream to use day in day out
while in use it lays flat and kinks/twists and coiling is a very rare event.
As we seldom disconnect the pole from the mini bore hose during the working day this hose winds up perfectly onto the hose reel giving us trouble free dispersal and rewinding at each job.

After a few more weeks using the hose:
The pole hose seems to be wearing ok. My feelings about are are still the same, I’d say that for hot it is perfect but for cold it can be very stiff especially in this cold weather. It behaves exactly as you said it should, no stretch on it at all, so for those that want to use it with an aqua adapter it would be perfect. It also seems to pick up less dirt that the previous orange hose.

WFP System: Cold & Hot
I have only been using the red hose for a week now as never had time to change it right away, so still early days.
Hot- Big plus with the hose is there is hardly any stretch on the hose, hose has a nice feel to it.
Cold- Find that the hose will ‘twist’ easier when cold but this is more down to hose management than any problem with the hose itself and will probably improve through regular use
General- I was a big fan of the orange hose and do not see much of a difference between the two..which isn’t a bad thing..best pole hose out there imo.

WFP System: Cold
The hose didn’t have the same degree of memory as the previous red (pink) and orange hose does/did, even before I connected it up to the pole and started using it.
I definitely feel that this hose is a big improvement over the orange hose I have on my SLX 22 pole. I have used my SLX several times this week and the difference is very noticeable.
I also find that I have had less ‘false’ triggers with this hose, indicating to me that it has even less stretch than the previous hose. It doesn’t require the same effort to uncurl it before extending the pole, an issue that I had to begin with when I first started using the Aqua-dapter.
The hose kinked once in the week I used it. I un-kinked it and there isn’t a weakness at that point.
After using the new hose for a couple of weeks: Is the new red hose stiffer than the orange? I can’t tell if there is a difference TBH.
I like the new hose – it’s the best by far.

WFP System: Hot
The hose is much stiffer at colder temperatures (than the Orange), it might be a bit too stiff for some users bearing in mind that pole hose is a very personal thing. At hot temperatures though it loosens up nicely. I noticed that the previous orange stuff would go very slightly rubberised when very hot causing it to grip the pole and or the delivery hose, this hose doesn’t seem to suffer with that same problem though.
It seems very strong, no stretchiness at all. I often pinch the hose to stop water flow and the hose still seems ok even at these weakened points. I’ve managed to make the hose tangle and kink only about once but my wife who was using it today managed to kink it a few times. I think this was do to running higher temperatures of about 60-70 degrees. When you heat the hose to such a point and then leave it coiled up, it seems to form a memory of the coil, which of course adds to tangling.
All in all I’m very impressed with the hose, it is an improvement over the previous hose, but only slight. It is better than the orange hose for hot water users due to the fact that it doesn’t go rubbery but I think it might potentially not be suited to some cold water users due to its stiffness.

Better hose than the old [translucent] red hose, nice solid colour, stronger/harder hose so shouldn’t split very easily which was a major fault with the original yellow hose, it has a coil memory, but this should relax once worn in a bit more. overall a better hose for the kit.

WFP System: Cold & Hot
With regard to the new red hose, I found it to be slightly better than the orange – in as much that it did not seem to gather as much dirt to take up the inside of the pole – but not much in it with regards to operation – when using on my normal cold water system.
Since I had this hose, I have set up a hot water system – and have tested it with this too – and I have to say it is much better than the orange. It lays flatter on the ground, coils better, does not kink as easily – and when I compared my 2 poles (both gardiner clx 18) fully extended – the Aqua-dapter operation was much better – much less movement needed for activation.
If I were looking to buy more hose for cold water – would not be too concerned which one – but with hot water – would definitely go for the red.
